Christine Tchakerian, LMSW

Christy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years experience in the mental health field. After earning her MSW from Michigan State University in 2023, she expanded into clinical practice, providing therapy to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related challenges, and other common life stressors from a person-centered, holistic perspective.

Christy’s therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring each client's unique emotional, relational, and lived experiences. Her treatment focus incorporates humanistic, somatic, mindfulness-based, CBT, and transpersonal approaches to support the whole person— mind, body, and inner experience. She specializes in mindfulness-based techniques while working collectively with clients to identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and foster insight that supports healing and long-term well-being. Christy’s goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe exploring life's deeper questions, emotional pain, and inner conflicts. Together, you will cultivate self-awareness, build resilience, and develop tools for navigating uncertainty, purpose, and personal growth.
